Where the Management Committee of the central market held its second session in 2012 on: 5/3/2012 in the office of

HE the Mayor of Amman, and after reviewing the decisions of the Committee endorsed the Committee members the

minutes of the previous meeting, and reviewed the topics on the agenda and taken thereon the following decisions:

8: The Committee reviewed the memorandum of the Director of Central Market demand and included opening the

outflank Offers planning services vehicle access to the empty campus of Central Market, where the number of

bidders (9) nine points.
And discussion the Committee decided to defer the opening presentations in particular, and re-examine the file

tender and contracts with the shops by giving the former considering that the contract in particular, which for

coordination with the Legal department
    and discuss with the perpetrators of the tender for a friendly settlement of the work on the dismissal of the

tender agreement before the end of term for the purposes relating to offering a single tender for all stages of

9: The Committee reviewed the report of completion of the Central Market for the month of January for the year

2012.
Where a claim by the representative of the Association of Consumer Protection in the event of the central market

10: The Committee reviewed the memorandum of the Director of the Central Market on the request of M / s Syndicate

of Traders and exporters of vegetables and fruits on very well (import and export) to contracts for Goods Central

Market, The committee reviewed the report and recommendations of the committee formed for this purpose
Under the decision of the Management Committee of the market No. (4) on the session held on: 19/1/2012 m.

the laws and regulations of the competent authorities and the relationship.

11: The Committee reviewed the memorandum of the Director of the Central Market on the request of M / s Syndicate
Traders and exporters of vegetables and fruits on the approval of the exemption from payment of service fees for
Lease of the building leased to them and the  (1000) dinars, and set out the decision of the Management Committee

of the Central Market No. (42) on the session held on: 9/11/2006 m.
And discussion the Committee decided not to approve and can not answer the request in question.
   
12: The Committee reviewed the memorandum of the Director of the Central Market on the request of M / s Abdul

Karim Awad Alkfawin Foundation and Alkhaddrawi company, containing the request
Approval to extend the tender period to provide freight transport services within the central market by vehicles

up to the date: 26/7/2012 m.
       And by discussion the Committee decided not to approve the request and could not answer the above question

is, and agree to re-tender by sealed envelope and announced by the local press assets.

13: The Committee reviewed a memorandum director of the Central Market and its annex note of the Administrator of

the Legal Department, regarding the approval to complete the procedures for waiver of shipment agricultural seeds 

in favor of M / Damas for Agriculture and Trade, which received originally by mistake in the name of the

Department of Central Market.
Having considered the legal opinion in particular, and the by debate, the Committee decided to approve the

completion of necessary procedures in particular over the search above and authorize the Director of Central

Market, which shall be submitted Damas for Agriculture and Trade a written undertaking includes the discharge of

the Greater Amman Municipality / Department of Central Market Ibraa objection to any claim or right arose and / or

will set up because of it and assume the company mentioned any expenses or fees or expenses incurred on treatment

14: The Committee reviewed the memorandum of the Director of Central Market, regarding the issuance of

instructions containing terms and conditions and procedures for applying for a license sites (Marchat) sell melons

and melons within the boundaries of regions of the Greater Amman Municipality.
And discussion, and based on the text of paragraph (1 / a) of Article (5) of the regulation of wholesale markets

for horticultural products to the Greater Amman Municipality No. (82) for the year 2009, the Commission decided to

approve: a) remove all locations (Almarchat) existing and operating within the Greater Amman Municipality as is

holds the necessary licenses for this purpose.
B) Adoption of instruction included the terms and conditions and procedures for obtaining licenses sites (Marchat)

sell melons and melons within the boundaries of regions of the Greater Amman Municipality as:
* First ":
1) for the Greater Amman Municipality the right to cancel the permit and remove Almarsh at the end of the season

during which or in the event of breach of the conditions and specifications required, without the authorization of

the owner of any right
 Or claim against the Secretariat, after being warned in writing by the Department of Central Market.
2) approve the applicant is obtaining the consent of the owner of the land prior and undertakes to bear all the

legal consequences, financial and administrative implications in the event of any opposition.
3) Applications for permits to sell watermelon  at the Department of Central Market.
4) based sites Almarchat by a committee formed by the Director of the concerned area or his representative and a

representative of the Department of the Central Market and a representative of the Department of Property and

Acquisition and a representative of the Department of Traffic Operations and a representative of the Traffic

Department / Directorate of Public Security or any entity determined by the Greater Amman Municipality.
5) full compliance with the producers to sell (watermelon ) exclusively in accordance with the permit granted for

this purpose
And management of the market and provided that it has purchased from the Central Market and met by the fees set

forth the central market regulation number (82) for the year 2009.

7) be the space Almarsh an area of {not more than} 50 m 2 {and presentation of watermelon  in Almarsh in a non-

preserve the health of customers, are not allowed to offer any goods outside this area.
8) must be authorized location away from the street by a space approved by the Commission to detect and to be

facilitated and carpeted with sand and secure entrance and exit to the site and provide Almarh
Square of the positions.
9) that is just the site for turns and intersections, bridges, tunnels, schools, places of worship, a minimum

distance (100 meters) and away from the popular markets a distance of not less than (500) meters, and that does

not pose any obstacle to traffic, and for the detection of the right to assess the situation Almarsh as they deem

to him, as submitted to the Trust Fund cash deposit equivalent to the amount of (two thousand dinars) to adhere to

the conditions and specifications and instructions and decisions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and any On

the other hand related, Getting the insurance only after the removal of Almarsh and its aftermath after the date:

31/10 of each year directly and for a month since the term of the permit, and are not recycling the value of

insurance for the seasons ahead for any reason or circumstance, and accrue value insurance on: 1/12 of the year in

which granted permission for the Greater Amman Municipality, in the absence of retrieval by depositors.

* Seventh ":
Prevent all cases of assignment of benefit of authorizing a final, except in the case of waiver of the site

licensee and that is canceled work to declare the former fulfillment services fees, stamp duties and the payment

of insurance from the Assignee duly especially as the destination site, in this case has been detected by field

and received the approval of the relevant committee previously.

* IX ":

15: The Committee reviewed the memorandum of the Director of the Central Market on applications submitted by the

tenants of shops in the central market and the merits of the amounts owed by them.
       And by discussion the Committee decided to approve the exemption set out tenants shops, consequently, they

are:
-  Saleh Al-Hamza
- Isaac  Isbir Isaac Madanat
- Al-Suleiman, Badran, Haitham Abu Otailh
- Fermented banana Alhamdulellah
Of the value (50%) of the total amounts discharged implications for the Secretariat for:
A) pay the value of (50%) the remainder of the total of such amounts to the Fund Secretariat as well as the

consequences and / or would have fees and litigation expenses and fees and expenses of the law firm.
B) a reconciliation and friendly with the Amman Municipality to major lawsuits concerning unforeseen or separated

16: Under Any Other Business:
Committee decided to approve the payment of bonus money of (2500) two thousand and five hundred dinars to the

Chairman of the Committee and each one of the members of the Committee, that the bonus will be paid allocated to

the Director of Central Market by (2226) Two thousand two hundred and twenty-six dinars, and (274) two hundred and

seventy-four dinars to former central market director Mohamed Mahmoud Alkotaish.
